Domain Monitoring Management

  • As a User, I want to add a domain to my account so that I can monitor it

  • As a User, I want to see the domain’s expiry date so that I can plan ahead for renewal

  • As a user, I want to see the domain’s SSL expiry date so that I can plan ahead for renewal

  • As a user, I want to determine the availability of the domain in a particular region

  • As a user, I want to receive expiry notifications so that I will be reminded if I forgot about it

Domain Status Page Management

  • As a user, I want to create a status page so that I can see the domain’s uptime

  • As a user, I want to see a downtime log so that I can audit past downtime incidents

  • Use Elastic Stack as a third-party service to cater to monitoring data

  • Setup Fleet Agents across supported regions in AWS, Fleet is a newer way to monitor services

  • Use Elastic Uptime Graphs to be embedded on Uptime Pages
